In the bustling university hallway, an abundance of chatter and laughter filled the air as students eagerly waited for their classes to begin. Before the instructor even stepped foot into the room, everyone was preoccupied with their own matters, completely disregarding the people around them.

However, the girls suddenly let out a series of shrill screams as two exceptionally handsome boys walked into the corridor. It could be none other than Jeon Jungkook and Kim Taehyung, the heartthrobs of the university, causing quite the stir.

“Oppa, you look incredibly handsome today,” one of the girls whispered to Jungkook, causing him to cringe dramatically.

“Eww, I’m not your oppa!” Jungkook snapped before turning toward his best friend, Taehyung, who immediately started teasing him with a cheeky grin.

“Oh, stop it, Tae. We’re not supposed to be like this...”

But suddenly, something caught Jungkook’s attention.

His lips curled into a smile and his heart raced as he looked at a certain girl he had a crush on. Taehyung quickly noticed the change in Jungkook’s expression and followed his gaze with a mischievous smirk.

There, in the background, Y/N entered the corridor with her best friend Heaven while laughing together.

Taehyung instantly smirked as he found another chance to tease Jungkook.

“Stop it, Kim Taehyung!” Jungkook groaned dramatically while rubbing his face.

His eyes sparkled with excitement as he quickly walked toward Y/N, who was taking her books out of her locker. Deciding to tease her, Jungkook suddenly snatched the notebook from her hands.

“You asshole! Give me back my notebook!” Y/N yelled while glaring at him.

Jungkook only stood there smirking while watching her tiptoe to snatch the notebook back from him before storming out of the corridor with Heaven.

“If you continue teasing her like this, then Alex may win her before you do,” Taehyung commented, making Jungkook clench his jaw.

“No. She will be mine only. I will make her mine tonight at the party,” Jungkook replied, making Taehyung frown.

“Will she also attend the business party?” Taehyung asked.

Jungkook nodded positively.

“Yes. Her father and whole family are invited. I hope she comes.”

After that, both of them walked toward the class as the bell rang.

The party hall was filled with music, chatter, and the smell of alcohol. It was a business party organized by Mr. Han, who had recently signed a huge business deal and decided to celebrate the success of his company.

Mr. Jeon, being a successful businessman himself, was invited along with his entire family. Similarly, Mr. Lee, Y/N’s father, was also invited.

Jungkook had already arrived there with his family.

Mrs. Jeon was busy talking with the other ladies while Mr. Jeon chatted with several businessmen. Meanwhile, Jungkook was standing with his friend circle. A few girls tried flirting with him, but he completely ignored them since Y/N still hadn’t arrived.

Instead, he kept talking with his friends while secretly keeping an eye on the entrance.

Taehyung noticed his restless gaze and smirked.

“Someone is waiting for his crush to appear...!” Taehyung teased a little too loudly, making the other boys widen their eyes and look at Jungkook.

“Wow, I didn’t know our international playboy’s heart was already taken,” Cha Eunwoo, one of Jungkook’s close friends, stated mischievously.

“Aww~~ at least tell us her name,” Mingyu added teasingly.

“Stop it, all of you. First of all, I am not a playboy,” Jungkook defended himself, making Eunwoo grin evilly.

“Why...? Will your girlfriend get mad after hearing that?” he teased with a smirk, causing Jungkook to roll his eyes.

“Okay, okay, sorry bro. We were just teasing you. Now please tell us her name,” Mingyu said seriously this time.

“Her name is Y/N... Lee Y/N,” Jungkook replied with a huge smile spreading across his lips.

“Okay, tell us something more about her. What made you fall for her?” Bambam asked impatiently.

Jungkook chuckled softly.

“She...” He paused for a moment before continuing, “She is different. It’s not like she has magical powers or three legs and five eyes. It’s just... she makes me feel different.”

He smiled unconsciously while talking about her.

“Her brown eyes always hypnotize me. Just one glimpse of her is enough to calm me down. The whole world may stand behind me, but I stand behind her. I love her so much that I can’t even describe it properly.”

Just then, Jungkook suddenly turned around and froze in his place.

The girl he had been waiting for finally entered the hall.

The moment Y/N walked in, she grabbed everyone’s attention effortlessly. She looked indescribably beautiful, making Jungkook completely speechless.

Their eyes met for a few seconds before she broke the eye contact, but Jungkook still couldn’t look away from her.

“Is this the girl he was talking about? I have to admit, she is really sexy,” Jay commented casually.

The moment those words left his mouth, Jungkook clenched his jaw.

She had every right to wear whatever she wanted, but that didn’t mean others had the right to look at her the way he did.

“Shut up, Jay,” Jungkook warned in a dangerously cold tone, making Jay instantly nervous.

“I-I’m sorry, bro. I didn’t mean it that way,” Jay apologized quickly, making Jungkook calm down slightly.

But when Jungkook looked back at Y/N, his blood boiled again.

She was laughing with Alex.

Alex, the boy she claimed to have a crush on.

Jungkook still couldn’t understand whether she genuinely liked Alex or if she only did all this to make him jealous. But from the way she behaved around both of them, Jungkook could clearly see the difference.

She always became nervous around him, unlike with Alex.

Still, Jungkook couldn’t stop the jealousy burning inside him.

“Is she trying to seduce Alex perhaps...?” Taehyung commented while observing them, and that was enough to drive Jungkook insane with jealousy.

He sat down at the bar counter and started drinking while keeping his eyes fixed on Y/N.

By now, Jungkook was completely drunk, but his eyes never left Y/N for even a second.

Suddenly, he saw her getting up from her seat and walking toward the washroom.

Without wasting another second, he followed her.

Y/N’s POV

I came out after using the washroom and started washing my hands while thinking about Jungkook’s jealous expression.

Well, Alex is actually my cousin, and I am only doing all this to make Jungkook jealous.

I know he loves me, but his ego is too big to confess first.

But I am stubborn too.

I will make him confess.

While washing my hands, I suddenly felt someone turn me around and pin my hands against the mirror.

I looked up and saw Jungkook.

A strong smell of alcohol surrounded him, and he stared at me as if I had committed some terrible crime.

“W-What are you doing...? Leave me,” I stuttered nervously.

Jungkook chuckled darkly.

“You are mine. Only mine. Why were you trying to seduce him?” he asked dangerously.

“Why...? Why am I yours?” I asked softly.

“Because I love you. I freaking love you like crazy. You wanted to hear it, didn’t you?” Jungkook confessed.

A tear rolled down his cheek.

I gently wiped it away before kissing his cheek, making him close his eyes.

“I love you too... and I’m sorry for making you jealous,” I admitted softly.

But his next words left me speechless.

“No... no apology accepted. Only punishment.”

Before I could react, he suddenly lifted me over his shoulder and spanked me lightly.

“Our parents will see us, Jungkook! Not now! Next time! Put me down!” I yelled while struggling.

Jungkook rolled his eyes dramatically.

“I don’t care if they see. It will actually be good for us. We can start preparing for our marriage,” he declared confidently before walking out of the washroom with a struggling Y/N over his shoulder.
